Alternative care pathways

A major part of many UK ambulance services' strategies is the 'Right Care' initiative, e.g. as has been rolled out by SWAST since 2010.
Alternative care pathways are one of the most exciting changes to have affected the ways in which we try to bring better outcomes to our patients and address their needs in a more informed and empathetic way.
